With deep rooted knowledge in the design, development and operation of transformers, Weidmann is a leading integrated solutions provider for specialized product and services in the energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all Treasury related transactions properly executed and in a timely manner and effectively. Lead analytics and set up key indexes for Treasury related activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and improve working capital cross sites; continuously drive consistency and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the relationship with banks, lead loan application, improve cash management; drive digitized solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance operational effectiveness and professional growth; build effective relationship within Finance team and with cross function teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>      Owner of Receivable, Payable, Cash activities, fund management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Acumen &amp; Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting. CPA or ACCA would be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 work experience in Treasury related functions; experience in shared service function will be a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in leadership role, has lead team with more than 3 members or experience to lead team with multiple sites will be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mature, long-term commitment, willing to drive change and challenge status quo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please click<strong>&nbsp;apply<\/strong>&nbsp;on this page to submit an application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Weidmann we are committed to equal opportunities and growth for all talents.
