This role acts as a key financial counterpart to production and plant management, enabling accurate cost control, robust financial planning, and data-driven decision-making to drive efficiency and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Manufacturing \/ Production Controlling<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>margins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform variance analyses between actual, budget, and standard costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and maintain standard costing and product cost calculations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify cost drivers and operational improvement opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and monitor production KPIs and efficiency metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Reporting<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensure transparency on cost structures and profitability drivers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Business Partnering<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Act as financial business partner to production, operations, and supply chain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Close cooperation with the plant manager for plant control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Support investment evaluations and business cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Drive performance improvement initiatives together with operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Process &amp; Systems Development<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Improve controlling processes, reporting structures, and analytical tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Contribute to ERP and BI system improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Support automation and digitalization of financial processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in controlling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English \u2013 professional working proficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Proven experience and track record in manufacturing \/ production controlling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Strong background in cost accounting and product costing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in manufacturing cost controlling, standard costing and product costing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Strong capabilities in variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP CO or comparable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with BI and data analysis tools is advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary and Compensation package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health and life insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity and inclusion programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management position in a global company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atractive Variable Bonus System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to hearing from you soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TO APPLY: Please send your resume to the following email: fatima.samaniego@weidmann-group.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Weidmann we are committed to equal opportunities and growth for all talents.
