Our technology and our knowhow contribute crucial resources to a worldwide market, whether it be leading the global market in transformer electrical insulation, keeping the lights on for billions of consumers, or the delivery of a breakthrough drug through our advanced plastics technologies for medical and pharmaceutical applications.\u200b&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>The role\u2026<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position will focus on production planning supporting the sales and manufacturing departments by assisting in achieving the daily production objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure efficient operations aligned with capacity, lead times, and customer demand\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive accurate and timely order execution by converting sales orders into production and purchase orders and managing them through SAP\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor capacity, output, and demand forecasts, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy by managing master data, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting informed decision-making\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, leveraging SAP data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ years of experience; or High School Diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience in production\/operations planning, or a similar supply chain function.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2+ years of experience in\u00a0make to order\u00a0manufacturing environment preferred.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced\u00a0understanding of production flow\u00a0and\u00a0shop floor operations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP sstems.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data analysis skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, decision-making,\u00a0and problem-solving skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>APICS certification is a plus.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><strong>\u200b<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical insurance with an accompanying health savings account, vision and dental insurance, PTO starting your FIRST day\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annual bonus\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>401k plan with company match, Company paid basic life and AD&amp;D insurance, STD and LTD\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee assistance program\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee referral program\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional company programs include: Wellness, clothing allowance, computer loan, and tuition reimbursement\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An award-winning atmosphere!
