The role\u2026<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Accounting Supervisor will play a key role within the Accounting team, leading the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function while supporting broader accounting and financial operations. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash collection processes, and strong internal controls, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. The role also supports general ledger activities, intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency translations, and month-end close processes, offering a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional to contribute to operational and financial success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Lead monthly and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and IFRS financial reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, collections, and cash application processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Supervise and support the AR team, including workload management, training, and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Manage factoring processes, including receivable submissions, reconciliations, and audit support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Sales, and Customer Service teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Support capital investment tracking, lease accounting (IFRS 16), depreciation, and capital budget activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Prepare tax-related workpapers, sales and use tax filings, and support insurance renewals and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and troubleshoot ERP and financial system issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Minimum 5 years of accounting experience required. 2 years leadership experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Fluent English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Strong general ledger accounting knowledge and willingness to get into the details to troubleshoot any problems that may arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Good interpersonal and communication skills \u2013 both verbal and written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Problem solving and critical thinking skills to strategically manage and drive positive change within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022The ability to summarize data logically and communicate information and recommendations clearly to all appropriate contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Team player, experience in building effective cross functional relationships with business partners. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point tools, and SAP. Onsite presence is required to fulfill this job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
