The role\u2026<\/strong>
Reports directly to the CFO of Weidmann Holding AG. The role owns and drives all group-level accounting and reporting obligations, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance and transparency across the entire Weidmann Group.
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Group Consolidation: Own and manage the full group consolidation process, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant consolidated financial statements across all entities worldwide<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Group Annual Report: Lead the preparation and delivery of the Group Annual Report, coordinating closely with all business areas, corporate functions and external auditors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Group ESG Reporting: Drive the development and implementation of group-wide ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD, GRI) and alignment with the group’s sustainability ambitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Continuous improvement: bring in best-in-class corporate accounting practices, sharpen the processes, systems, and tools the group runs on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • External relationships: be the primary contact for external auditors and regulators on every group accounting matter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • People: lead, grow, and inspire the Corporate Accounting team, and set the tone for what good looks like<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What do you bring\u2026
    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Several years of experience in a senior corporate accounting or group reporting role in an international environment, ideally within a mid-size industrial company or Big 4 audit firm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deep expertise in group consolidation, IFRS financial reporting and preparation of statutory annual reports and ESG<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on with AI in finance and accounting – or eager to get there fast<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage given the Swiss headquarters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
