Our technology and our know how contribute crucial resources to a worldwide market, whether it be leading the global market in transformer electrical insulation, keeping the lights on for billions of consumers, or the delivery of a breakthrough drug through our advanced plastics technologies for medical and pharmaceutical applications.<br><br><strong>The role\u2026<\/strong><br>Reports directly to the CEO of Weidmann Holding AG and operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Acting as innovation catalyst, the Lead Business Innovation drives projects from ideation to proof-of-concept and supports the translation of disruptive ideas into scalable business models, services, processes and market offerings.
