With deep rooted knowledge in the design, development and operation of transformers, Weidmann is a leading integrated solutions provider for specialized product and services in the energy sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The role\u2026<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Responsible for maintaining data intelligence tools that translate operational information into actionable insights for Production Planning, Operations, Raw Material Planning, and Customer Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the timely update of information for implemented sequencing tools and developments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all developments and processes are executed according to the established schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data is accurate and error-free, and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate area when issues are identified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain analytical tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure continuity and provide support for the tools ecosystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to increase scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime and rework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform sequence planning and coverage analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop scripts to automate mass transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: 2\u20134 years of experience in programming using scripting languages, with a focus on process automation and data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ERP\/MRP: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably with experience in PP, MM, and SD modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scripting: Proficiency in VBScript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred: Python or similar programming language for automating mass updates and transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred: SQL, Power BI, and\/or Power Automate to enhance and evolve existing tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred: Experience working with manufacturing processes and multiple production routes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to train and provide support to users across different functional areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication with operational teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills and discipline for documentation, version control, and backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English language proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary and Compensation package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health and life insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity and inclusion programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management position in a global company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atractive Variable Bonus System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to hearing from you soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO APPLY: Please send your resume to the following email: fatima.samaniego@weidmann-group.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Weidmann we are committed to equal opportunities and growth for all talents.
