In addition, this position actively participates in production planning to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, while contributing to the coordination of shipments. This key role collaborates with various departments to effectively coordinate production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administration of the purchasing process for all indirect materials and services required at the plant, in strict compliance with the company\u2019s global and local policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures proper planning of production orders in SAP and Boehme-Weihs, including all required information, such as material batches based on FIFO, product expiration dates, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generation of applicable labels in SAP related to production orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of production orders in SAP and verification of the proper consumption of materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of shipping documents, scheduling, and notification to the IMPO-EXPO department for loading and dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, including the ability to communicate effectively in professional environments, both verbally and in writing, as well as understand technical documents and procedures in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materials and inventory management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost-benefit analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KPI (Key Performance Indicator) management, particularly OTIF (On-Time, In-Full).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of cost-saving opportunities and execution plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in similar Supply Chain positions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SAP \u2014 mandatory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Microsoft Office, particularly Excel \u2014 mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MRP (Material Requirements Planning) \u2014 preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary and Compensation package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health and life insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity and inclusion programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management position in a global company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atractive Variable Bonus System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to hearing from you soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO APPLY: Please send your resume to the following email: fatima.samaniego@weidmann-group.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Weidmann we are committed to equal opportunities and growth for all talents.
