Our technology and our know how contribute crucial resources to a worldwide market, whether it be leading the global market in transformer electrical insulation, keeping the lights on for billions of consumers, or the delivery of a breakthrough drug through our advanced plastics technologies for medical and pharmaceutical applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The role\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Urbana, Ohio and St. Johnsbury, VT manufacturing facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and execute the company\u2019s Operational Excellence strategy and global continuous improvement standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead cross-functional process optimization and operational improvement projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and standardize continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices across operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and engaging employees at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with operations, engineering, materials, quality, and HR teams to implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a change agent by promoting employee engagement, continuous learning, and a culture of operational excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, waste elimination, and standardized Operational Excellence practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and execute improvement opportunities aligned with site goals and corporate strategy using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and monitor project goals, timelines, KPIs, and financial impact, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build organizational CI capability through training, coaching, visual management tools, process standardization, and sharing best practices across manufacturing sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do you bring\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience and 2 years of leadership experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong general ledger accounting knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while successfully managing priorities and accomplishing objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to support operational improvements and organizational change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize data, provide recommendations, and build strong cross-functional relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP, with the ability to maintain an onsite presence as required for the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical insurance with an accompanying health savings account, vision and dental insurance, PTO starting your FIRST day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401k plan with company match, Company paid basic life and AD&amp;D insurance, STD and LTD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee assistance program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee referral program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional company programs include: Wellness, clothing allowance, computer loan, and tuition reimbursement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An award-winning atmosphere!
