These specific conditions are significantly different from those of a \u201cstandard\u201d distribution system transformer and often result in increased thermal and electrical stresses on the transformer insulation system, which leads to premature aging or failure of this critical asset. We offer our customers a wide range of enhanced thermal class materials that can improve the performance and life of transformers used in renewable energy generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>INSULutions\u00ae DPE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thermal Class: 130 \u00b0C in mineral oil \/ 140 \u00b0C in ester liquid systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOMEX\u00ae High Temperature Insulation Materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thermal Class: 180 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Critical to ensuring the successful operation of renewable energy plants is maximizing up-time and efficiency of the site.
