The role…

The Operations Training Supervisor ensures operations employees have the skills, knowledge, and competencies to work efficiently and safely. This role develops, implements, and manages training programs in collaboration with Operations Managers, HR Trainers, and Team Leads, ensuring training needs are met and safety and operational standards are maintained.

How you’ll make an impact…

  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for manufacturing operations.
  • Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring readiness in safety, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and close skill gaps through targeted and cross-training initiatives.
  • Standardize training practices and materials for consistency across the site.
  • Manage and coach a team of trainers through a structured Train-the-Trainer program.
  • Partner with leadership to align training with business goals and process changes.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company standards.

What do you bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field; 5+ years’ manufacturing experience with training or supervisory background.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methods preferred; experience in ISO-certified environments a plus.
  • Proficient in training development, LMS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint); SAP experience preferred.
  • Familiar with OSHA standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on the production floor and traveling between buildings/areas as needed.
