The role…

Plan, implement, and monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and programs related to occupational health, industrial safety, and the environment, ensuring the protection of employees, facilities, and the environment, as well as compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Design and lead the HSE strategy in line with company objectives and applicable regulations.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations on safety, health, and the environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor risk prevention, industrial hygiene, and environmental protection programs.

• Conduct occupational and environmental risk assessments and implement effective controls.

• Coordinate internal and external audits on HSE issues, ensuring action plans and closure of findings.

• Manage training programs in safety, occupational health, and the environment for all personnel.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, establishing corrective and preventive measures.

• Monitor the proper management of waste, emissions, and compliance with environmental regulations.

• Generate and send HSE indicator reports to management and relevant authorities.

• Foster an organizational culture focused on prevention, safety, and environmental sustainability.

What do you bring…

•Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering.

•Desirable: Specialization, diploma, or certifications in Safety, Environment, or Occupational Health.

•Preferable  knowledge: DC-3, OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems

•STPS, CPR/First Aid, waste management, internal auditor.

•Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, energy, or chemical industries.

•Experience in regulatory audits and emergency plan coordination.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, generating technical reports, and leading meetings.

•Ability to positively influence the safety culture at all levels of the organization.

•Clear and technical writing of procedures, policies, manuals, and incident reports.

•English language skills desirable.

•Willingness to travel, if required by the operation.

•Valid visa and passport desirable.

•Possible visits and occasional attendance at training sessions and service events
