The role…
Weidmann is seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Marketing Manager to lead our global employer branding and internal communication initiatives. This role will manage projects and programs that strengthen Weidmann’s position as an employer of choice, assist in supporting talent acquisition initiatives, and support employee engagement and retention across our international organization.
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with strong program management skills, proven campaign delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with Weidmann’s strategic objectives.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Employer Branding & Retention
- Develop and lead campaigns that promote Weidmann as an employer of choice, focusing on the attraction of future employees.
- Drive initiatives to support employee retention through impactful employer branding and internal marketing programs.
- Campaign Development & Delivery
- Define target audiences, objectives, and messaging in close collaboration with HR, Legal, Corporate Marketing, and Corporate Management.
- Partner with Creative Services and Digital Marketing to deliver engaging campaigns on time and to scope.
- Ensure global brand consistency and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact within Marketing for internal marketing initiatives.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across global regions and business areas.
What do you bring…
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•5–10 years of marketing experience in a global company, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
•Demonstrated success in leading marketing projects and campaigns for diverse internal and/or external audiences.
•Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
•Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives across regions.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ideally with international collaboration experience.
•High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and team-oriented approach.
