The role…
Responsible for maintaining data intelligence tools that translate operational information into actionable insights for Production Planning, Operations, Raw Material Planning, and Customer Service.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Ensure the timely update of information for implemented sequencing tools and developments.
- Ensure that all developments and processes are executed according to the established schedule.
- Ensure data is accurate and error-free, and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate area when issues are identified.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Ensure continuity and provide support for the tools ecosystem.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to increase scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime and rework.
- Perform sequence planning and coverage analysis.
- Develop scripts to automate mass transactions.
What do you bring…
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in programming using scripting languages, with a focus on process automation and data analysis.
- ERP/MRP: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably with experience in PP, MM, and SD modules.
- Scripting: Proficiency in VBScript.
- Preferred: Python or similar programming language for automating mass updates and transactions.
- Preferred: SQL, Power BI, and/or Power Automate to enhance and evolve existing tools.
- Preferred: Experience working with manufacturing processes and multiple production routes.
- Ability to train and provide support to users across different functional areas.
- Effective communication with operational teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline for documentation, version control, and backups.
- English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
