The role…
The Cost Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting cost-related information for production, operations, and projects. The role ensures accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making, resource optimization, and profitability improvement.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Analyze direct and indirect costs of products, services, and projects.
- Prepare periodic reports on cost structure, variances, and margins.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Perform variance analysis between actual and planned costs.
- Recommend process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Maintain and update cost models and databases.
- Support internal and external cost-related audits.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to gather accurate data.
What do you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in cost analysis (1–3 years).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Desirable knowledge of data analysis tools (Minitab, Power BI).
- Desirable knowledge of process-flow analysis tools (FMEA, VSM, among others).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
