The role…
emphasizes deepening and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring consistent communication, and delivering value-added solutions through a solid understanding of customer needs in France and the Benelux region, with a strong focus on transformer OEMs. The role reports to the Head of Sales Europe and Africa.

How you’ll make an impact…

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key contacts in the assigned region. Be a trusted advisor by understanding customer expectations, challenges, and business environments
  • Define a strategic roadmap for your major accounts, including clear objectives, milestones, and development plans to support long-term partnerships and alignment with customer goals
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Customer Service, Product Management, Quality, and Logistics to deliver tailored customer solutions and maintain alignment on priorities. Coordinate internally to align customer requirements and ensure effective issue resolution
  • Lead price and contract negotiations with customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and commercial goals

What do you bring…

  • Degree in Engineering, or related field; Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or in technical/industrial Sales
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical transformer industry or experience with transformer OEMs
  • Proven ability in contractual negotiation and commercial decision-making; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multicultural environment
  • Project management experience and process oriented mindset is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the train/traction market is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English (required) and Dutch and/or German (preferred)
