How you’ll make an impact…
- Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance.
- Ensure all Treasury related transactions properly executed and in a timely manner and effectively. Lead analytics and set up key indexes for Treasury related activities.
- Monitor and improve working capital cross sites; continuously drive consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain the relationship with banks, lead loan application, improve cash management; drive digitized solutions.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance operational effectiveness and professional growth; build effective relationship within Finance team and with cross function teams.
Owner of Receivable, Payable, Cash activities, fund management.
Business Acumen & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting. CPA or ACCA would be preferred.
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Treasury related functions; experience in shared service function will be a plus.
- Experience in leadership role, has lead team with more than 3 members or experience to lead team with multiple sites will be preferred.
- Mature, long-term commitment, willing to drive change and challenge status quo.
