The role…

The Shipping and Inventory Analyst is responsible for assisting with all inventory life cycle functions for the location. This includes supporting receiving, inventory transactions, and shipping of items. This position is also responsible for other related areas such as inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and supporting company strategies and safety practices.

How you’ll make an impact…

  • Ensure full compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards across all warehouse and inventory activities
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving root causes, and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead daily cycle counts and audits across production, receiving, and shipping to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory
  • Optimize warehouse organization, storage locations, and material handling processes to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Support process improvements by developing, testing, and enforcing SAP and inventory control procedures

What do you bring…

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience, with a background in warehousing, inventory management, and shipping operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot inventory issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP (preferably SD module) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining structured, efficient work environments
