The role… 

This position will focus on production planning supporting the sales and manufacturing departments by assisting in achieving the daily production objectives. 

How you’ll make an impact… 

  • Develop and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure efficient operations aligned with capacity, lead times, and customer demand 
  • Drive accurate and timely order execution by converting sales orders into production and purchase orders and managing them through SAP 
  • Monitor capacity, output, and demand forecasts, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization 
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy by managing master data, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting informed decision-making 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, leveraging SAP data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration 

What do you bring… 

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ years of experience; or High School Diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience in production/operations planning, or a similar supply chain function.  
  • 2+ years of experience in make to order manufacturing environment preferred. 
  • Advanced understanding of production flow and shop floor operations. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis. 
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP sstems. 
  • Data analysis skills. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  • APICS certification is a plus.
